Charmaine Pollard is a counsellor, life coach, certified poetry therapist and author of Writing for Resilience: Finding the Courage to Bounce Back.
For over 20 years, Charmaine has been helping people to build their inner resources, work with trauma and gain a stronger sense of self through counselling.
As a life coach, Charmaine helps her clients to achieve their aims by setting clear goals and carrying out step-by-step action plans. She provides support and motivation along the way, offering useful strategies and inspiring confidence so that clients can move forward with their lives.
Charmaine is also one of a handful of Certified Poetry Therapists in the UK, having completed her training with the International Federation for Biblio/Poetry Therapy. She has a wealth of experience running therapeutic writing groups across a wide range of settings, including schools, libraries and prisons.
